On My Way Consulting provides personalized, student-centered college admissions guidance designed to reduce stress and help students gain admissions to colleges where they will thrive.
Founded in 2014, On My Way was built on the belief that the college application process should be thoughtful, supportive, and aligned with each student’s unique goals, strengths, and values. Our team works virtually with students across the country, guiding families through every stage of the process, including high school course planning, major exploration, application strategy, essay development, financial aid navigation, and final college selection.
We help students move beyond rankings and admissions hype, encouraging them to stay connected to their true selves and future goals. Our aim is to build strong applications while helping students gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they prepare for life after high school.
We work with a wide range of students applying to undergraduate programs, including transfer applicants. We also provide extensive writing support for the Common Application, UC Personal Insight Questions, and supplemental essays. When cost is a concern, we help families identify colleges that align with their financial goals and guide parents through the financial aid process so students can pursue higher education in a financially sustainable way.
All consultants at On My Way are active members of various professional organizations and participate in ongoing professional development and college visits to ensure students receive current, informed guidance.

Description of Services : On My Way guides students through the entire college admissions process, from high school course planning through making the final decision of where to attend. Our services are personalized to suit each student's unique needs. In addition to exploring best-fit colleges, we help the student stay organized and on-track. We also provide extensive writing support, including UC Personal Statement, Common App and Supplements. If cost is a concern, we will help to target colleges that fit the family's budget and guide parents through the process of applying for financial aid.
Description of Experience : I have been an IEC since 2013, assisting students with all aspects of the college admissions and financial aid process. Prior to this, I worked as a school-based college advisor for two years, and a high school teacher for five years.
